All prices are advertised at manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), per our dealer agreement. We never advertise below MAP. Prices are in USD.
Every sauna order requires a fit-check call before it is submitted: delivery-address qualification and electrical fit-check. No order is submitted — and no payment taken — until both check out. Orders ship direct from the manufacturer in 24–48 hours via curbside freight.
Delivery condition is covered by the Arrive-Perfect Promise (see Shipping & Delivery). Inspect cartons on arrival; report hidden damage with photos within 48 hours.
Manufacturer warranties apply as published per model (typically 5 years on sauna lines, 1 year on plunge tub lines). We register your product and keep your documentation on file.
